Professional templates in Standard?

I have Visio 2003 Standard. I would like to use two of the templates that are available in Visio Professional (Plumbing & Piping and Electrical Engineering Diagram. Is it possible to download these? Not seeing anything on M$ or Google.

Faster arrival times through superior horsepower.
