Professional Call Center Activity Code Prompt

I have Prof call center and I originally had set it up to prompt for an activity code. We have new software that we track that information with so I don't want it to prompt anymore. I had changed all the agents to "optional" but it still prompts but it just isn't required. Is there a toggle somewhere that I can eliminate the prompt all together?

MRBRENT,
There are two places you configure this.
1) Agents
2) Skillset

Check the skillset properties and make sure it is set to optional there as well.
