for an Upgrade from CM4.1 to CUCM6.1 I need the Installation-DVD. But I can not find it the GPL?!

you need to order the upgrade from cisco as you will need valid licensing to convert. Starting with version 5.X licensing is enforced in the software.
You need a valid contract with CISCO to order the upgrade. Once you order it they will ship you the software you need.

ok, we are Premium-Partner, we have ordered the Upgrade but I have seen only the licenses, but not the software. Ok, ich will check it again.

did you use the product update tool to order the upgrade?
You should have had an option to check which upgrades you want and order them by quantity. It takes a few weeks to receive them usually.
