- 1st level: installation of the base system (to be able to do anything
at all).
- 2nd level: setup questions, from network over sendmail to installation.
- 3rd level: what you want is not possible with the current code base,
OR there's a bug in the current codebase (e.g. kernel memory management)
which prevents the system from being used as advertised/reasonably
expected. Requires coding effort.
