I have WLS 8.1 and getting server hang up problem quite often.The number of Execute threads configured are 400,reader threads :3.
I've checked the thread dump and most of the Execue threads are idle but reader threads are busy.
In the log files of that managed server shows several EJB Exceptions at differnt times.
These are mainly <BEA1-5E51D575FD3D94FFBE2B> <BEA-010051> <EJB Exception occurred during invocation from home: com.granite.middle.session.PortEJB_9cd637_HomeImpl@40ba54 threw exception: weblogic.utils.NestedError: Unexpected Exception: - with nested exception:

the other type:->

production> <ExecuteThread: '362' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'> <<anonymous>> <> <BEA-010049> <EJB Exception in method: remove: java.rmi.NoSuchObjectException: Bean has been deleted......

other type->
and ExecuteThread: '356' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'> <<anonymous>> <BEA1-7D6380388FCE> <BEA-010051> <EJB Exception occurred during invocation from home: com.granite.middle.worxng.session.Queue_68j9s_HomeImpl@1ec56c9 threw exception: java.lang.NullPointerException ....

also sometimes I see SecurityPriviledged Exception.
Please provide me some idea to get rid of server hung problem with these exceptions.
