I found this odd, but maybe there is a logical explanation for it. On our 5.3.23 product mix report, the price sold changes. For example, a slab of ribs is showing 7 sold for the price of 16.95, which is correct. But if you were to pull a report at random from another day, it might report 7 sold for 16.24. What would cause the Price Sold to change like this?

Lots of things:
Comps, promos, happy hour, coupons, Combos, etc.

In the PMix settings, check the box that makes the same item with different prices print seperate.

Then you will probably see something like:
16 FULL SLAB @ 24.95
1 FULL SLAB @ 0.00

Instead of:
17 FULL SLAB @ 23.48

That will help you discover why the total price is dropping.

You also have the option of selecting to view by Item Price or Discounted Price. The difference being, if you view by Item Price, the report will show the gross sales $$ for each item. For instance

Discounted Price:
17 FULL SLAB @ $23.48 = $399.16

Item Price
17 FULL SLAB @ $24.95 = $424.15
