Having been lurking around reading the *extremely* informative posts, I'm hoping that someone has a solution to a long-time irritant.

We're running a Pdox 7 application on an NT server with Win95 workstations (soon to become XP, but that's another story). There is a Master table (overall master account info) and a Names table (multiple names related to one Master). On several forms, the user has to choose which record from the Names table is to be picked specifically for a function, and the records need to be limited to the ones related to the one Master account. So far, easy -- but they need more than just the account number to provide context. Years ago I bought ezDialog and used the one combo function in it to show a pick list consisting of Names account #, first name, & last name: when they picked the name, the account number got filled into the undefined field and used. The problem is that error messages started to come up more and more often saying that the ezDialog library needed to be recompiled, to the point that I had to take the functionality off some of the forms (this is a delivered system and there was no way that the admin was going to go in and redeliver the library every few hours by hand!). Is there any way, elegant or not, to use ObjectPAL to populate a combo box with several fields? I never found it in Pdox 7; now I'm being forced to move to 10, so maybe this has been added? Anyone got a nice solution?
