Producer 2003 Publish Wizard Generated 'Blank' error

Hi.

I am trying to publish a presentation and at the end of it, Producer gave me a pop-up blank error. It does not have any message on it. you can see a screenshot of it at

any idea?

the directx setting is ok. i am not running ie 7. i tried building the presentation from scratch again. is this a template issue? i am just using the standard template (standard video 320x240 fixed slides right).
