Hi.
We have an old version of Avaya PBX - GW G350 with CM R015x.00.0.825.4.
We recently had a problem with connecting 1608 IP Phones (Call Server Discovery) and One-X Communicator, but the 96xx phones worked fine.
We checked socket usage and got:
status socket-usage
SOCKET USAGE

Total Registered IP Endpoints: 92
Registered IP Endpoints with TCP Signaling Socket Established: 92
Total Socket Usage: 02550/01500

Intf Board Socket Net Intf Board Socket Net

procr 2550/1700 1

It fix only by reset system 4 command, and after system reset, socket number increased every 10-15 min.
I can't figure out why socket usage has increased after reaching the maximum value.
Any ideas for this?

Never saw that before but CM5 is end of support. That software is from 2008. I would either upgrade to current or if you want to try the $0 route and have a copy of CM5.2.1, install that. Then patch to SP18 and install the kernel and security patch.

Thank you for answer.
We found a problem. Incorrect SIP trunks from another location spam our channel.
