Procomm is not a freeware or a shareware you have to buy it if you want to be legal.

You can order Procomm Plus 4.8 on Amazon.com for $122.99. Otherwise you can go on eBay. I saw some CD's starting at $9.99. They're probably a copy based on the description below from the auction:
