Procomm using up all CPU?

Recently (the last 4-5 days) Procomm has been using up all the CPU speed. To be more specific.

I dial a switch (right away my CPU fan starts revving up), the modems talk, but I never get the red telephone off-hook. The PW5.exe is at 99% in the "task manager".
It stays that way.
Can't do anything with Procomm.
I have to Kill PW5.EXE.

I changed some coloring in Procomm, nothing that I would think would cause this, but maybe I should go back to defaults.

Any suggestions?

Hey guy,

just check your settings on the modem.

1. Turn Data Protocol to OFF.
2. Turn Compression to OFF.
3. Turn Flow Control to NONE.

and see how it goes.

Just a small update. Since I did those options it seems to be working great.

Will post again if problem happens again.
