Procomm Script for NEC 2400 IPX & IMS MAT

I need to write a script in Procomm (Both Windows & DOS Versions) to automate tasks like deleting & entering auth codes. I do this with Nortel PBX's but since NEC has their own proprietary MAT Software, I do not know how to link a script in Procomm to issue commands & data in the NEC MAT. Does anyone know how to do this? A sample script will get my 1st born.
