Thanks to all again! several of you have said to set my terminal type in procomm to 4410, but its not offered as one of the terminal options. Is this because I am using DOS procomm? Should I be using something else that ofers 4410 as a choice?
Thanks

Hi,

As I said in reply to your first post, you can also use 513. I don't know what DOS procomm supports but I can tell you of the only 3 packages that I know support 4410: Procomm (for windows), Terranova and DSA. Procomm for windows is pretty good (it's my personal choice but it's all personal preference), Terranova is an Avaya product and they have withdrawn it so that only leaves DSA. DSA is also an Avaya product and, as it sounds like your pretty new to this, it may be your best choice.

Hope this helps,

Chris
