Processor Speed Error

Dear All :
We Have Server HP Proliant ML570
with SCO version : 5.0.6

The Server has 4 Xeon CPUs with 2 MGHz each ...

The Problem is that the server recognize these CPUs as they are only 600 KHZ each ..

This miss-recognizing leads us to [red]repeated hanging operations !!![/red]

Can you please help us solving this problem !

For Xeon proc, RS506A patch is MANDATORY.
Does the bios correctly recognizing the CPUs ?

RS506A is already installed ..
Yes the BIOS can recognize the Correct Speed ..
