Processor / memory monitoring and planning

I currently manage a pSeries 660H1 (AIX 5L) in my organisation.

I need to perform a monitoring of the processor / memory with a view to forcast / plan for processor/memory/disk space utilisation in the forsesable future.

Guidiance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
