processor error in p650 systeme

he
my p650 systeme with two processor block and i receive the folowing message in the root mail

A10-210 : processor has been deconfigured
Systeme is operating in degraded mode

Proc2 fru : 0000023L7785 P1-C1
processeur

what is the problems
 

Call IBM and give them the FRU number. They'll come out and replace it.
