I am using Imail v-6.00. I am using via a reseller hosting account so I son't know if I need more access.

The Problem:
I want to set up a processing rule to take email from a certain person to any email at my domain and send it to a particular email address under my domain. This particular email address will then be set up to forward the email to my cell phone.

What Happens(ed):
I set up the processing rule to search in "From", search for (example -->) "yahoo", and then tried, select new box and entered a new box name (dong this way can't figure out how to forward that box's mail) and also put in another email address under my domain.

Then What? :
I send a message to myself from my yahoo account and the message is unaccountable for. It's not in any in box nor does it forward to the specified account.

Any thoughts or similar trouble. Note: I've done this processing setup under a particualr email as well as a "domain" processing rule. All with the same results. DeZiner

I don't think you want rules here. There is a way to setup a forwarder. I'd have to do some more research, but look in that area. It's been a couple of years since I've done it, but it works. Good luck and I'll keep looking. Glen A. Johnson

I only want to forward particular messages, not all. Like Outlook lets you set message rules. If you could find ANY information on how it works that would be great. To be honest the documentation for the software SUCKS!!! DeZiner

We have V7.15. Click on your domain and setup an Inbound Rule. You have three choices, to Move the message to a mailbox, Forward the message to a mailbox, or Delete the Message. Do you see those choices? If so, you should be able to put the email address under Forward the message and all of the messages will be forwarded according to the rule you set up.
