Process to Send single or multiple emails

I have a form (in datasheet mode) that lists pending orders. The first field is a check box used to select the pending order that I wish to update. By checking the box and selecting an employee (list box in the next field), I am designating that order to that employee. I might select one or I might select multiple orders to assign at that moment.
I would like to then send an email to each employee that I assigned the orders to. Individual email for each order assigned.
I have seen the posts re: sndobj but nothing I've seen is quite the same scenario as this and due to my limited Access experience I am having trouble trying to adapt those methods to my application.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
