Process to make connectivity to an outside source 1

HI I have some reports that we want to use with someone else's database, a marketing company. They have set up a view and connection for me. BUt where do I specifiy this?
I have been given a user name and password and their iP address.

I am not sure where to specify this info. In the Source reprt - or Report Manager?

would suggest that you need to configure this in your Data Source setup in the Report itself (or solution explorer if you want to use a shared data source)
