I have a Crystal Report that is using a Peoplesoft query. The report is called by the process scheduler in Peoplesoft. The report has a subreport and the main report and the subreport both have the same six parameters that the user must enter in on a panel in peoplesoft. that panel then calls the process scheduler and I have the parameters passed in through the process scheduler. My problem is the process scheduler will not pass on all the parameters. It works just fine for the main report but it will only pass in the first 3 parameters of the subreport. If I only pass in the first six parameters and run the report thru the panel it prompts me to enter the parameters in when I do that the report runs perfectly!! So then I started adding in the second set of parameters one at a time and it stored the parameters in the correct spot on the prompt until I got to the 4th parameter then it was like it started back at the first and the rest of them moved down a step. This is extrememly hard to explain but does anyone have any suggestions?? I am new to both Crystal and Peoplesoft!! We are using Crystal 6 and Peoplesoft 7.5 thanks in advance for any help!!

Set up your "main" Crystal report to only pull in the run control id via a prompt and possibly other fields you want. Set up your "subreports" to pull from the the same query and run control id, but in the design part of Crystal, right-click on the subreport, choose "Subreport Links" and link the run control id in the "main" report to the run control parameter in subreport. That passes the "value" of the run control id down to the subreport. It's a bit tricky but after playing with that for about two days I got it to work well. Oh, two psoft support people said it wouldn't work. We use Crystal 8.5 if that matters.
