I have a machine that under task manager process has something running called jdmfajjl.exe, which is taking up 100% of the processor. I have Antivirus on the machine but it keeps disabling itself. I have searched the internet for an answer but have come up short. Any help or suggestions would be wonderful.

Quite a few virii will install executable files with randomly generated names.
As crow053 suggested, boot into safe mode and run your Antivirus. I'd also disable system restore and run Adaware and HijackThis! to be sure.
