Process for Starting to use AutoAttendant

Hello. We have a Norstar MICS that I want to switch from a person answering, to an autoattendant where the callers get:
- recorded message on first ring
- prompting for company directory
- prompting to speak to an operator

Although I have managed this system for almost 20 years, I have never used the AA feature. Can someone help? Thanks!

That can be complication answer because there is a few ways.

Suggest to google the Norstar Setup and Operation Guide
That is for the voice mail system, familiarize yourslef with it as cant train a person on forum.

For easymode:
F983/Login/AA/GRTG/GRTG/Choose 1
Then /AA/Table/1/ and tell the differnet times of day to play the greeting # you recorded/
