Hello. We have a Norstar MICS that I want to switch from a person answering, to an autoattendant where the callers get:
- recorded message on first ring
- prompting for company directory
- prompting to speak to an operator
Although I have managed this system for almost 20 years, I have never used the AA feature. Can someone help? Thanks!
