Need help again:
Processs shows in the enterprise manager that it is executing:
BEGIN EMD_NOTIFICATION.QUEUE_READY:)1, :2, :3); END;

But it's beeing running for many hours at 99% cpu. I can kill it, but it starts again in a few days later. Anyway I can make it stop?

Silly,

This sounds like an Oracle 10g pathology (read: Bug) that the Oracle Tech Support group either knows about already (and can thus offer remedial support), or they don't know about it and certainly should know about it.

Please log this as an Oracle Service Request (SR) and post your findings/results back here.

Unbelievable. Doesn't seems like to be any fix for this problem as of this moment. I am depressed.

Have you logged an incident yet at this Oracle Tech Support link?

Let us know.

Doing it right now, running RDA (Remote Diagnostic Agent).

Thanks Mufasta

Okay, I have submitted an SR request. :(
