Process 'Action Manager' terminated by signal 'SIGSEGV'

Hello.
I have this problem 3 or 4 times a day. I receive a message like "Process 'Action Manager' terminated by signal 'SIGSEGV'. (OpC20-2832)".
Of course, when I perform an opcvs -status, the action manager is not running.
Anybody knows what happens?
