Procedure to program TLU79

I need to programm ATEUS GSM Gateway BRI (TLU79)to MD110.

ROCAI:ROU=15,SEL=7110000000000010,TRM=5,SERV=3100000010,TRAF=00151515,SIG=111110000031,BCAP=101100;

RODAI:ROU=15,TYPE=SL60,VARC=00000204,VARI=05400000,VARO=46410000;

ROEQI:ROU=15,TRU=2-1&&2-4,EQU=2-1-60-01;

I programmed ROCAI, RODAI, but when I tried to do ROEQI, it said not accepted INIT. WRONG ORDER.

Can some one guide me on the correct procedure to go about, if possible, the correct parameters.
