procedure for enabling the callforward externally from a nortel extension

Would like to do callforward from a nortel extension to external phone number in Nortel BCM450.
How do I do this?

Allow Redirect under that set in Capabilities
Build a route to use the Pool/PRI
Create a Destination code to use that route

How do I create a route to use the PRI/Pool and destination code to use that route?

If you are using a PRI/T1 for your lines you should already have a route built just activate the Allow redirect and do the forwarding. F4.
It should work.
