Probs with IE4, urlmon.dll, webcheck.dll, wininet.dll, + instability!

Having installed Truespace 3, I rebooted my Win 98 system, to find that anything web related did not work. This includes Mediaplayer, as well as IE and Outlook. Obviously I then uninstalled Truespace to no avail. IE4 has no repair facility (that I know of) and I am now completely stuck. All error messages revolve around urlmon.dll, wininet.dll, and webcheck.dll, which Truespace installed, but the system cannot (apparently) live without. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Hi

When I switch Identities in Outlook 5 , and press send and recieve , It will give me an error message URLMON.DLL , and I have to close it .
