existing IPO is default 192.168.42.1, Manager PC / VMPro server is static 192.168.42.100

They are directly connected, not in the exising LAN.
Remote access to the manager PC is TOO SLOW via dialup.

All phone sets are 4412 & 4424, no IP Phones current nor planned.

If the IP addresses were changed to coincide with the existing LAN and brought into the LAN (so that we can access the manager PC faster via the internet - VNC or MS Remote Desktop), will there be any surprise issues?

thanks

NO Suprices, works great.
But i always use the dailup to take over the VMPro and CCC and never had problems.
Or do you use dailup Analog.
