Problens with Transfer

Hello guys I'm from Brazil, and I'm with a problem.

When the receptionist receive a call, and transfer to other people, after about 3 or 4 rings, the call must go back to the receptionist.

How can I do this ?

Transfer return time on his/her user settings (go for about 20 secs) :)
