Problems with Web Interface

We are running Citrix Presentation 4 on Server 2003 SP2 and I have installed the Web Interface on a seperate web server. This web server is also running Sharepoint Portal Server 2003. When I run the Configure & Discovery option, I get an error message saying "The RPC server cannot be contacted on server SERVERNAME".

I have also set installed this on another test server and everything works fine.

Any tips on the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks enigma99, I read those articles and everything is set up on the Presentation Server as described. The web interface is working fine on a test server, but it won't work on our production web server.
