Problems with Virtual Logins

Hi All

We have rolled out virtual logins in all our offices and it has been working brilliantly. Until recently we had a manager and secretary that were both on static TNs but the manager could virtual login on his number in another office and get his phone config. Now when he logs in virtually he get the config of his secrectary's phone and her phone goes into a logged out state.

Can anyone shred any light on why this would happen.

May be an obvious question, but he is using he sure he is using his user ID and password and not his secretary's?

lol yeah is as we have tested his user id and password in our office and it kicks his secretarys phone out.
