Our setup consists of a web server sat on the DMZ of a firewall which seperates our SQL server from the internet.
We have an ASP page which will force a download of a PDF to the users computer when accessed via IP address, however when accessed using our web domain the user gets a "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0035' File not found" error.

Please can anyone help.
Thanks
Neil

Sorry meant to add that the files for download are stored on a virtual directory on the SQL server. :)

Seems like the firewall is not letting the traffic pass through to allow the download.
Can you check the logs in the firewall at the time of the error?
Or an alternate solution will be, modify the code on the ASP code, and move the location of the file. A+, MCP, CCNA
