Problems with viewing images

I am having problems with images in reports with thresholds.
Users can not see the image, just "X Threshold Image"
Images are located in a shared folder in the network where documents are also located and users can see these without a problem. Basically I followed document TN5600-072-0552 in the knowledge base, to set gauge images up. Does anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi OV!

Let me see if I understood clearly. You get this "X" in your web, right? As if the image couldn't be find.
If that is what is happening, give this a try:

Go to you Internet Information Services and check if your images folder is mapped in your "virtual directory". Problably it is not and that is why it is bring the red "X".

Never mind this. For whatever reason everything worked fine after I restarted intelligence server.
