Problems with video chat and fatal errors

I have a system with a matrox marvel (video card, with my camcorder hooked up to it.  The software (movie editing)that came with it works fine and the video feeds normally.  I recently decided to try a video chatroom.  I went to cuseemeworld.com and had a successful visit the first night after using their plug-in and internet software. However, ever since the first night when I try to join a chatroom I have a system crash.  I have nortonsystemworks2000, and it catches it with a window with revive or terminate.  If I click revive another window with pop up with "program has more problems." If I click that off, I will have a fatal error of either, "002810A8013" or"0167:00005EBB"..if I leave it open then I gain access and am able to see others videos, but mine is frozen.  anyone help?
