I have Windows XP Pro and when I try to run with ASUS GE force 440MXgraphics card.

When I try to run the Asus Digital VCR, get this message: "Cannot start capture driver, please check the current driver version is valid and installed correctly"

Checked the driver instaled and saw that is not certified by Windows XP, therefore is not working.

I have this driver: Nvidia WDM Video Capture (Universal)-version 1.0.8.0.

Where can I get an update to this driver? Tryed ASUS and NVidia but didn't find anything.

Anny Help please?

None of the Asus drivers are certified for
XP.

Get the latest driver for your card on the
Asus web site (if in doubt email their tech
support for the newest driver).

Once you have it, extract it into a directory.

Uninstall the Asus Digital VCR Update your display driver with the newest ones you just obtained.

During the install of an Asus driver, for some reason it seems an "Asus OSD PS/2 Keyboard Filter Driver" tries to install.

I have no idea what that is, and I told XP to not install it. Still waiting to hear back from Asus about that.

Once you have updated your display driver with the new one, reboot. XP should then find the new hardware (WDM at work).

Then go ahead and install Asus Digital VCR and give it a whirl.

Thks for the info. already done that but the problem remains the same. The VCR don't work because of the driver is not certified for XP. I'm going to try to mail Asus about this.
