I have several WEB sites on one ISP, but they have different Servers. Some are Unix some NT 4.0 Servers
Most are Apache Unix Servers
A few, for High end WEB sites are NT Server.
I have low end web sites but one of my first sites is on an NT 4.0 server box.
The reason I know this is because when I go to my site and go to this hidden page it shows the version of the Server Extensions.
here are the different versions

Microsoft Windows-based Platforms
version 4.0.2.4324 for Windows 2000
version 4.0.2.4317 for Windows NT® 4.0 and Windows 9x systems)

Unix version 4.0.4.4222

Also there is a new verison
FPVersion="5.0.2.2623"
I don't know waht this is for

I'm not certain what your question is. Are you having difficulty publishing certain sites?

It is not a question it has a "light bulb" next to it not a green question mark. Which is information.
Front page Server extensions 5.xxx is for IIS 5.0

but it too has problems with Access database functionality.

First:
It appears to me that the server your site is on is running Windows 2000 Server and that your site supports FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE) 4 which is for FrontPage (FP) 2000. IIS 5 can run FPSE 4 or 5.

FPSE 5 is for FP 2002.

We run several Web Servers that support FPSE 5. I personally prefer FP2002 and we've found FPSE 5's Navbar, extra Web Components and SharePoint Team Services to be great features.

Server Extensions are determined for each site under IIS. A Windows 2000 Server site that supports FPSE 4 can be upgraded to FPSE 5. We've found that sometimes we've had to republish an entire site after upgrading. No harm done since we keep everything neat in our Webs.

Second:
What is your database difficulty?
