Problems with upgrade to 6.2.2

Hello.

My PIX 515 is running the 6.1.2 code.

I attempted to upgrade to 6.2.2 by telnet and by monitor mode.

After each upgrade, the PIX will not pass traffic. Interfaces are configured properly. Interfaces are up/up.

So, I go back to my 6.1.2 code and everything works just fine.

Am I missing something? Has anyone experienced this same problem?
