We currently have a two nodes cluster (managed with Service Guard A.11.09) which are Legato clients (Server is on a spark ultra-5 running SunOS 5.7; Legato version: 6.1.1).
HP-UX 11.0 is running on each of the two nodes (v2600 class).
A week ago, one of the two nodes failed because of a hardware failure, and
since now it hasn't been restored.
Suddenly (on Friday, 2:31 PM) without any particular intervention and/or
activity on the v2600, the syslog started
to show these messages (approximately, one every ten seconds):
Feb 15 14:31:45 v26n2 CM-CMD[7349]: /usr/sbin/cmgetconf -p package_name_1
Feb 15 14:31:55 v26n2 CM-CMD[7355]: /usr/sbin/cmgetconf -p package_name_2
The problem is still unsolved. The only relevant activity has been the
upgrade of Legato Networker client from 5.5.1 to 6.1.1 (about at 10:30 AM) e
an attemp to start a backup in the afternoon, failed because of the lack of
license for the Unix Cluster Client Module (at this moment, the license problem has been cleared but the cluster demon is still logging).
Did anyone have a similar issue?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
