problems with Undeliverable mail...

Hello,

someone please help as I am new to using Exchange (used to Novell).

We have about 50 user each with e-mail addresses. All mail sent to our domain, comes from our ISP to the mailserver. Then forwarded to each of the staff. What happens when someone spells my name wrong or forgets the . in the e-mail address? It seems the sender just gets a copy of the mail, but the orginal is no where to be found.

Go to the Exch Admin. In connections there is an option to specify the administrator. Next to that is a button to decide what happens with failures. Tick the boxes and the specified person will get all inbound failures sent to them and they can redirect them...
