Problems with TWAIN driver

When setting up a Epson 5000 GT scanner it can acquire an image when you are able to select the port number. However once in the Epson scanning software it cant see the scanner. I have unistalled several times!

Any Ideas? Much appreciated Griff

I had a few problems with a 640U Epson and cured them by downloading the latest Twain driver from the Epson website. I have to say mine was an XP issue.
Martin Just trying to help, sometimes falling short, I am only human after all.

Thanks for that, I tried that in the end and it now works. Looks like their was a problems with TWAIN, is would only realse the 16 bit driver and not the 32!

All seems ok now!
