Problems with the chronometer of the digital phones at cse 1000E 1

Hi, I recently installed a cse1000E rls 5.0, and actualized the deplist, after that the Digital and Ip phones after I release the call the chronometer of the duration of the call continue, and I can dial other call.... Any idea?

the duration timer is always slow to release, always has been.

Before the installation of the patches the duration timer was working fine, after the installation the customer report me the problem, He released the call and the duration timer continue

is it a system wide issue or just the one phone?

I resoved the problem, I checked that some pathces of the deplist that I charged to the CSE 1000E, requiered a sysload , then I just turn off the PBX and turn agian and all it's working fine.

Make sure all of your patches stayed in service after the SYSLOAD!
