I am running Crystal Reports Version 10 originally I had MySQL V 3.51.10 installed and everything was working, however started to use time fields and Crystal would not pull over correct time fields all came back with 12:00am. I upgraded to MySQL v 3.51.17 and nothing worked got sql connection errors. Went back to original v 3.51.10 however now text areas that use to pring with no problem now truncate with no reason. Some print one line some several and all fields have can grow property select on text object. Any ideas? This is a hugh problem as I have over 70 reports created most of which are unusable now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problems with text fields after upgrading to MySQL v 3.51.17

Could it be that the database driver has been upgraded to v3.51.17 and that although your database has been returned to v3.51.10 that the driver is still v3.51.17?
Check in the Datasource administrator, drivers tab to verify the version of the MySQL ODBC driver, on the pc that is running Crystal Reports.
