Problems with temperature BCM 200 Rls 4.0

We have problems with BCM 200 Rls 4.0, the fault is the temperature, we replace a cooling fan and still the problem continue, the alarms id are 11012 and 11406.
Somebody can help us?

How hot is the room?

Which fan? The one at the rear?

There's also a fan on the BFT motherboard.

BCM200s need allot of breathing room. Get some space around it and your red light will go out. Unless of course the room itself is too hot?
