Problems with TCP Ports / MSN Messenger 1

Hello.
I have a Problem with my connection. I have THE SERVER and 3 CLIENTS. All with Win2000 PRO. DSL connection. Sygate Home Network, for share the Internet.

Now, I have a problem, the MSN messenger LOGS OUT after 2 or 3 minutes... I have read Documents about that.

"MSN Messenger
NOTE: Shut off any personal firewall programs such as BlackIce, ZoneAlarm, etc.
Ports 6891-6900 enable File send,
Port 6901 is for voice communications
Allows Voice, PC to Phone, Messages, and Full File transfer capabilities.

HOW I CAN DO THAT?? How I can MAKE this ports??

What is sygate home netwrok? and you should be using a router for all the systems not sharing. Please explain a bit more? It sounds to me though that you should be using a router and not some software to access internet. Let everything that have breath praise the Lord.
