problems with sysprep

Has anyone had any problems using Sysprep v2.0 with XP Pro? I am running sysprep with the pnp and minisetup checkboxes checked. I shutdown the system, ghost it using ghost 7.5 corp edition. Reboot the same pc, go through the minisetup and when the computer boots back into windows it hangs. I never had any performance issues before running sysprep on the pc. It meets all hardware requirements and used to run w2k. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm using sysprep 2.0 with XP pro and ghost 7.5 with no problems I'm also using flag for minisetup, however flag for PnP is "grayed out" and thus not available and not ticked.
