problems with symposium link

the server and the symposium´s services are up, the problem is that symposium cant´n receive and send data between pbx-sccs-cti (genesys), the partitions are full and we have left only 500 MB free space, the disk desfragmenter option is disable. What can I do to release space on the partition without reinstall the symposium aplication or the complete o.s????

You could lower the amount of days/weeks/months that you hold onto the call data for.

I think it is under the configuration tab on the client.

Keep in mind, though, that Sybase will mark the database partitions as nearly full. It pre-allocates the space for database entries, so if you look at the free space on the drive, it is deceiving. Check your Historical Statistics allocation through the client interface, and make sure that you have not overcommitted the amount of space you have -- as BkMesser suggested, you may need to lower the storage durations and let the server go through a night's purge.
