problems with swbell.net

Hey all...I have racked my brain and need some help. All the users and domains we host for email are not able to send email to anybody@swbell.net I have tracert from here and get hung on their 151.164.1.170 router after about 10 more missed hops it hits the IP but not good enough for email. I have gone to and been able to hit them all day long in about 14 hops or less. Anybody have any ideas???

As far as you can tell, do both traces use the same route? If not, then the server it stops at may have the routes set incorrectly.

well after searching my logs I discovered why I can not get through to swbell.net. They have my company listed as a spammer(and we are not) so I have to get us off the list before i can send email to them. Man that blows.
