Problems with SONY Autoloader tape drive TSL-S1100

Hi,
We have a sony autoloader tape drive (TSL-S1100) attached to our Sun4500 machine. The magazine holding the tapes got stuck in the drive. We ordered a new tape unit. We have again hit the same problem. The magazine cannot be ejcted. The LCD display shows a 'HW error'

Has anyone experienced this same problem ?

Hi :

U can try to remove the cover and check out that is the problem come from the tape stuck on the loader or not?? Sometimes i face the problem come from the arm stuck and u can try to remove it forcely or press eject together system power buttom and wait for 10 secs.
