Just wanted to ask if anyone has had users who have installed SETI@Home on their work (networked) computer having problems with slowdowns/freeze ups after installing SETI@Home?
We have a couple of users who have installed it on their computers and they are getting freeze ups and slowdowns opening applications or saving documents. They don't want to believe SETI@Home is the problem, which I think it is. If you have had experience with SETI@Home on networked computers interfering with Office or other standard type of programs, please respond back to this thread. I would greatly appreciate it in stating my case.
