Problems with service-error

Have an installation of win2003 server on a Dell 2650.
Keep getting this message when I start the server and enter windows:

Internet Server NT Service encountered a problem and needed to close.
--------------------------------------------------------------
In the Event Viewer I see this:

reporting queued error: faulting application omaws32.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0
-------------------------------------------------------------
I see that the service Secure Port Server is not running.

does anyone know if the Internet Server NT Service is a critical one, or could you just ignore it?

The omaws32.exe file is located in a folder under a directory of Dell OpenManage.

Has anyone had this problem?

I have tried to un-install the Dell OpenManage and install it again without success....

Tips or suggestions are welcome....

A google search yields that this part of Dell's Open Manage tool and is not essential for running the server. Try disabling the service and reboot the server and see if the error goes away. Hope this helps
